Delete a Memorized Report
When you delete a memorized report, you are not actually deleting that report; you are deleting the customized, memorized format. The original default formats restore after you delete the memorized version. Select the Reports toolbar button. The Memorized Reports window opens. Select the drop-down arrow in the Report Type field. Select the applicable report type category that the report was saved under. Select on the report name from the list that you want to delete. Right-click and select Delete. A confirmation message appears. Select OK. To close the Memorized Reports window, select Close. Parent topic: Memorizing Reports

Memorized Report Information
Field Description Description Name in which you save the report while memorizing. Report Title Title of the report which was memorized. Enhanced Report It indicates if the report is saved in enhanced or legacy mode. Created By Name of the user who created the memorized report. Created Date and time when the report was memorized. Version The NextGen Enterprise PM version in which the memorized report was created. Last Run On Date and time when the memorized report was opened. Memorize a Report
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM or File Maintenance and then select a report to memorize. The Report Filter window opens. From the Settings List, select the desired columns, filters, and sorting for the report. Do one of the following: To generate the report before memorizing it, select OK. The report displays on screen. From the report toolbar, select Memorize Report To memorize the report without generating it, select Save. The Memorize Report window opens. In the Save As field, enter a name for the memorized report. This field is required. In the Report Type field, select a report type category to save the memorized report in. This field is required. Note: Report Types are created in File Maintenance for each practice. Set up user access to the memorized report: In the Allowed to Run field, select users or security groups who can run the memorized report. Leave blank if all users can run the report. Rename Report Columns
You can change the report column names so they are more meaningful to other report users. In the Report Filter window Columns filter option, right-click a name, and then select Rename Column. The column name is highlighted. Delete the name, and then enter a new name. You can also revert a column name to its original name by: In the Report Filter window Columns filter option, right-click the name, and then select Reset Column Name. Modify Column Names
You can modify the column names on a report, so they appear with customized descriptions. Access the Report Filter > Columns Settings List. Select the row for the desired Column Name. Right-click and select Rename Column. The selected column name is now editable. Enter the desired name for the column over the existing text. Note: Changes to the column positions and names are not saved to the base report. These changes can only be saved if the report is memorized. Parent topic: Setting Report Columns and Filters
