Print Claim Status Report from Clinical History/Notes

Before you begin

Submit a Claim Status request for the encounter.
  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, open the Patient Chart and select the Clinical History/Notes tab.
  2. Select Topics > Chart Notes > Claims Status Result.
    The Details pane displays the claim status results attached to the patient.

  3. Right-click the desired encounter or claim number and select Print.
    The Print window opens.

  4. Set the printer preferences and select Print.
    The selected printer prints the report.
