You can prefix the Practice ID in the Account NBR field for all financial letters.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- From the Admin menu, select .
The Practice Preferences window opens.
- In the Preference List section, select Forms.
- In the Header Options section, select Prefix Practice ID on Account NBR for financial letters.
When the
Prefix Practice ID on Account NBR for financial letters check box is selected, the
Account NBR field displays a 16-digit number, of which the first four digits denote the Practice ID and the last four digits denote the account number.
Note: The Prefix Practice ID on Account NBR for financial letters check box is cleared, by default.
