Person Employers Report
The Person Employers report enables you to generate a list of patients and persons in the practice that are associated with various employers. One or more employers can be linked to a person or patient in NextGen® Enterprise PM on the Employers tab of the Patient Information window.
Employer information, such as company name. address, contact and phone number can be included on the report. In addition, person/patient demographics information, such as name, birth date and age can also be included.
By default, the report is sorted and grouped by Company Name, and then by Employee Name. Filters include Employment Status, Employer and Occupation.
When the report is generated in NextGen® Enterprise PM, practice associations are respected. This ensures that the report returns only person and patient records that exist in the association linked to the practice from which the report is generated. The report results vary depending on the setup of the 'scoping level' for the database.
- If the database scope is System Level (default), the report includes person/patient records from all practices that are part of the same association, regardless of enterprise.
- If the database scope is Enterprise Level, the report includes person/patient records from all practices that are part of the same association and are in the same enterprise.
- If the database scope is Practice Level, the report includes person/patient records from the practice in which the report is generated.
