Add Patient Information in NextGen® Enterprise EHR

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select the Patient icon on the toolbar or select File > Select Patient. The Patient Lookup window opens. SelectNew. TheAdd Patient Informationwindow opens. Enter the patient details in theDemographicstab For information on how to add person details in theDemographicstab, see: Add General Information for Persons or Patients Add Address Information Add Contact Information SelectOKto save the demographic information in the patient profile. NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Status Icon

The enrollment status icon indicates the current enrollment status of the patient in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The icon appears only if the practice uses NextGen® PxP Portal. If the patient is not enrolled, you can select to send an enrollment invitation email to the patient. The patient enrollment icon on the Workflow window is disabled if the NextGen® PxP Portal license has expired. Viewing Patient Portal Enrollment Status

You can view the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status on the Add Person Information and Add Patient Information windows in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM if the practice uses NextGen® PxP Portal. You can select the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status icon to open the Patient Portal Enrollment window. NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Status

The NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status indicates the patient's current NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, the enrollment status appears in the following sections of the Appointment Book window: Daily tab. Appointment Information window.
