Immunization Registry Information

Field	Description
Immunization Registry	The immunization registry that the information of the person or patient will be sent to. This field is required.
Immunization Status
Patient Status Designation	An immunization status for the patient. This field is required. Note: Items available for selection are from the Patient Status Designation code table in File Maintenance.
Effective Date	The start date when the immunization status is effective for the person or patient.
Expiration Date	The expiration date for the selected immunation status for the person or patient.
Immunization Reminders
Publicity Code	An immunization reminder method for the patient. Note: Items available for selection are from the Publicity Codes master list in File Maintenance.
Effective Date	The start date when the publicity code is effective.
Expiration Date	The expiration date for the selected publicity code.

Add an Immunization Registry

When immunization information is exported to an Immunization Registry, and an Immunization Consent template is not being used, perform the following steps. Note: Exporting immunization registry information requires NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger and an Immunization Export agent. Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Status tab. In the Immunization Registry Information section, select the open menu , and select New. The Add Immunization Registry Information window appears. Select the immunization registry details in the Add Immunization Registry Information window as follows: Select the immunization registry. This field is required. Select the patient status designation to set immunization status for the patient. This field is required. Select the effective and expiration dates for the selected patient status designation.
