Hide Enterprise Events

You can hide an enterprise event. The hidden enterprise event and the associated member events are no longer available for selection on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window.

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.
    The > Enterprise Scheduling Administrationwindow opens.
  2. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the enterprise event.
  3. Select the open menu , and select Hide.
    A message appears to confirm if you want to hide the selected event.
  4. Select OK.
    The event is removed from the list of enterprise events.
