Print Enterprise Events
In
NextGen® Enterprise PM
. select
Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration
.
The
Enterprise Scheduling Administration
window opens.
On the
Enterprise Events
tab, select the enterprise event that you want to print.
Select the open menu
button, and then select
Print
.
The
Enterprise Events
enhanced report opens.
Note:
The report has the
Columns
,
Filter 2
,
Sort
, and
Totals
options.
On the report, select

The report is printed with the following details of the enterprise event.

View Hidden Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the Include Hidden Items option The hidden items are indicated with the Hide icon on the left. The hidden enterprise events appear in the list of enterprise events. To remove the hidden enterprise events from the list, clear the Include Hidden Items option. Modify Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the enterprise event. Select the open menu button, and then select Edit. The Edit Enterprise Events window opens. To change the enterprise event name, enter the new name in Enterprise Event field. If the name already exists, a message appears stating that the event already exists. Add or remove member classes. If a practice is added or removed, the Edit Enterprise Events window displays only the member events that are accessible for that practice. Select OK. Parent topic: Enterprise Events

Add Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the open menu button, and then select New. The Add Enterprise Events window opens. Enter the name of the enterprise event. Enter the details of the enterprise event. Select the open menu button in the Add Enterprise Events window. The Events Selection window opens. Select the desired practice from the Practices drop down list. The Events column displays the events for the selected practice. Select the desired events from the list, and select OK to include them in the enterprise event. The selected events appear in the Member Events column on the Add Enterprise Events window. Search for member events using the Search field. Select the check box next to the member events to include them in the enterprise event, or clear the check box to remove them from the enterprise event. Select OK. The enterpris

Note: When you select the Enable Enterprise Appointment Scheduling option in Practice Preferences window, the Scheduling Admin option on the Admin menu displays the following two options: Enterprise Practice The Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Events tab, select the event that you want to print. Right-click and select Print. The NextGen Report Filter: Event Listing window opens.
