Use the following parameters on the Filter 1 section to filter data on the report:
- Encounter Date: Include encounters within a date range that have charges for one or more package services.
- Appointment Date: Include appointments within a date range. Also includes encounters linked to appointments within the date range.
- Pending Charges: Include or exclude pending EHR charges. Select either Exclude (default), EHR Holding Tank Only or Include All.
- Package Data: Include or exclude Package, Encounter and Appointment data. Select one of the following:
- Only Package Data: The report includes package data only, whether using an Encounter Date or Appointment Date range. Encounter and appointment data are not included.
- Exclude Package Data: The report includes encounter data when using an Encounter Date range or appointment data when using an Appointment Date range. Package data is not included.
If using Appointment Date, the report also includes encounter data for encounters linked to appointments within the selected date range.
- Include Package/Encounter/Appointment Data (default): The report includes package data, whether using an Encounter Date or Appointment Date range, and encounter data when using an Encounter Date range or appointment data when using an Appointment Date range.
If using Appointment Date, the report also includes encounter data for encounter linked to appointments within the selected date range.
The column conditional options include the following:
- Between
- Equals
- Not Equals
- Greater Than
- Less Than
- Like
The column sorting options include the following:
- Ascending
- Descending
- Group By
- Page Break
Note: The Group By check boxes are unavailable for columns that cannot be grouped.
The column total options include the following:
