Display Report Definitions

You can include report definitions, such as column and filter selections, on the printed output for a report in NextGen® Enterprise PM. This enables you to refer to the report definitions if you need to recreate a previously printed report.
  1. Access the Report Filter window.
  2. Select Head/Foot.
    The Customize Report Header/Footer window opens.
  3. In the Miscellaneous Options section, select the Report Filter Definition check box.
  4. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
  5. From the Settings List, select columns, filters, and sorting for the report and then select OK.
    The report generates and appears on screen.
  6. From the report toolbar, select Print Preview .
    The Preview [Report Name] window opens.
  7. To view the report filter definition, scroll to the last page of the report.
    The FILTERS appear at the end of the report.
  8. To print the report with the filter definitions, do one of the following from the Preview [Report Name] window:
    • Select the Print or Quick Print button on the toolbar.
    • Select the Close Preview button on the toolbar and then select the Print Report button on the main report toolbar.
    The report prints with filter definitions at the end of the report.
