Delete an Immunization Registry
Open the
Person Information
or
Patient Information
window for the desired person or patient.
Select the
Status
tab.
In the
Immunization Registry Information
section, select the row for the registry to be deleted.
Select the open menu
, and select
Delete
.
A message appears asking you to confirm if the immunization registry information must be permanently deleted.
To delete the registry information, select
OK
.

Modify an Immunization Registry
Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Status tab. In the Immunization Registry Information section, select the row for the registry to be modified. Select the open menu , and select Open. The Modify Immunization Registry Information window appears. The Immunization Registry field displays the current registry, and the field cannot be modified. Modify the following fields as needed. Add an Immunization Registry
When immunization information is exported to an Immunization Registry, and an Immunization Consent template is not being used, perform the following steps. Note: Exporting immunization registry information requires NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger and an Immunization Export agent. Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Status tab. In the Immunization Registry Information section, select the open menu , and select New. The Add Immunization Registry Information window appears. Select the immunization registry details in the Add Immunization Registry Information window as follows: Select the immunization registry. This field is required. Select the patient status designation to set immunization status for the patient. This field is required. Select the effective and expiration dates for the selected patient status designation. Select the publicity code to set immunization reminders for the patient. Select the

Managing Status Information
The Status tab appears only when the Enable patient status option is enabled on the Chart practice preferences. You can select a specific status for a person or patient in the practice, and also document a reason for changing the patient's status. The Immunization Registry Information section of the tab appears only when the Show Immunization Registry Patient Status in PM check box is enabled on the External practice preferences. In this section, you can enter immunization information for a patient in the practice that is needed for submission to an Immunization Registry. The information is saved for established patients with an existing chart, and for new patients when the chart is created. Information on the Status tab is stored at the practice level; therefore, each practice can enter and maintain different information for a person or patient. Delete a Patient Provider
Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Provider tab. Select the row for the provider to be deleted. Select the open menu , and select Delete. A message appears asking you to confirm if the patient provider must be permanently deleted. To delete the provider, select OK.
