Delete a No Device Configuration in TSYS Express

Before you begin

To delete a no device configuration, you must have access to the Payment Processing preference on the Practice Preferences window and the Payment Processing tab on the User Preferences window.
  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice.
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  2. From Preference List, select Payment Processing.
  3. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express.

  4. Select Gateway IDs.
    The TSYS-Express Configuration window opens.

  5. In the IP Address/NoDevice list, select the no device configuration you want to delete.
  6. Select Delete and then select Save.
  7. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General.
    The User Preferences window opens on the General tab.
  8. On the User Preferences window, select the Payment Processing tab.
  9. In the Credit Card Devices list, select the no device configuration that you want to delete.
  10. Select open menu , and select Delete.
  11. Select OK.
