The following table describes the different options for a time slot:
| Menu Selection | Description |

| Apply Category | You can select this option to apply the category that you select in the Category field to the selected time slots. |
| Apply Location | You can select this option to apply the location that you select in the Service Location field to the selected time slots. |
| Apply Both | You can select this option to apply the category and location that you select in the Category and Service Location fields to the selected time slots. |
| Clear Selection | You can select this option to clear the previously applied categories or service locations from the selected time slots. |
| Clear Day | You can select this option to clear all previously applied categories and service locations from the entire template. |
| Decrease Overbooking | Each time slot with an applied category displays the category name and a number in parentheses. For example, if you have three in the parentheses, it indicates that the time slot accepts three appointments.
