Column Name	Column Description
Auto Size Column	Automatically resizes the column where the cursor is currently focused.
Auto Size All Columns	Automatically resizes all displayed columns.
Enc Nbr	Shows the encounter number for each charge.
Pat Name	Shows the patient name for each charge.
Location	Shows the location for each charge.
Primary Payer	Shows the encounter primary payer for each charge.
Service Item	Shows the service item code for each charge.
Service Item Desc	Shows the service item description for each charge.
Units	Shows the quantity for each charge.
Amount	Shows the extended amount (price) for each charge.
Service Date	Shows the start service date for each charge.
Rendering	Shows the rendering provider for each charge.
App	Shows the application from which the charge originated. For example, NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Mod 1 - 4	Shows modifiers 1 - 4 for each charge.
Diag 1 - 12	Shows diagnosis codes 1 - 12 for each charge. Note: Codes 1-4 are charge-level, and codes 5-12 are encounter-level.
TR Req	Shows whether test results are required for each charge. Note: This column displays Y for SIM codes that have the Create Test Results MEA Segment check box selected on the Service Items Library > Other tab.

Add or Remove Columns on the Process Pending Charges Window

You can customize the columns displayed on the Process Pending Charges window for each user. You can add or remove the columns from the view. In addition, the columns can be reordered, and column widths can be resized. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the File menu, select Processes, and then Pending Charges. The Process Pending Charges window opens. Right-click the column header. The menu list becomes available with all columns for the window. Columns included in the current view display with a check mark icon. Do one of the following: Select select to add a column to the view. Select deselect to remove a column from the view.
