Attach a Case to an Appointment

  1. Open the Appointment Book window.
  2. Right-click an appointment and select Open the appointment.
    The Edit Appointment window opens.
  3. Select the open menu button that is located next to the Case Description and Date fields and select Open Existing Case.
    The Select Case window opens.

  4. Double-click to select the case to be attached to the appointment.
  5. Select OK to save changes and close the window.
