Adjust the Case Reference Number for a Primary Payer

  1. Access an existing case and then select the Financial tab.

  2. Select Primary Payer Ref Number .
    The Referral Listing window opens.

  3. Select the open menu icon and then select New.
    The Referral Code Tracking window opens.

  4. Enter the following required fields:
    • Referral Code
    • Effective Date
    • Expiration Date
  5. Select OK.
