Add or Modify a Patient Status

  1. Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient.
  2. Select the Status tab.
  3. In the Patient Status field, select a status for the person or patient.
  4. In the Patient Status Change Reason, select a reason for changing the Patient Status, if applicable.
  5. In the Immunization Registry Information section, add an immunization registry for the patient.
  6. In the Immunization Home Location field, select the primary location for the patient's immunizations. The Home Location may be determined by a parent or guardian, by the last immunization administered by a provider, or by assignment from a health plan.
  7. Select OK.
