Add or Modify a Patient Status
- Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient.
- Select the Status tab.
- In the Patient Status field, select a status for the person or patient.
Note: Your system adminsistrator makes selections in the Patient Statuses master file in File Maintenance.
- In the Patient Status Change Reason, select a reason for changing the Patient Status, if applicable.

- In the Immunization Registry Information section, add an immunization registry for the patient.
- In the Immunization Home Location field, select the primary location for the patient's immunizations. The Home Location may be determined by a parent or guardian, by the last immunization administered by a provider, or by assignment from a health plan.
Note: Your system adminsistrator makes selections in the Locations master file in File Maintenance.
- Select OK.
