Add Case Information to Fee Tickets

Fee tickets can contain the following case information:
  • Case description
  • Case employer
  • Case number
  • Encounter onset date
  1. Access the Practice Preferences window and select the Data\Fee Ticket tab.
  2. Under Fee Ticket Options, select the case information, that you want to display on the fee ticket.
    The following information is an example of what you can select in these fields:
    • In the User-Defined 1 Name field, select Case Description, Case Number, or Case Employer.
    • In the User-Defined 2 Name field, select Case Description, Case Number, or Case Employer.
    • In the User-Defined 3 Name field, enter accident location.

      The User Defined 3 Name field is a free text field. You can enter data that you want to display on the fee ticket.

    • In the User-Defined 3 Data Source field, select the applicable encounter.

  3. Specify other fee ticket options as applicable.
  4. Select OK.
