To enable auto close, select the
Auto-closing
check box.

Enable Programs
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From the Preference List, select Programs. Enable Eligibility Preferences in Practice Preferences
In NextGen® Enterprise PM select Admin, select Preferences, and then select Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. Check Enable eligibility submission for unattached payers. Select OK. Parent topic: Eligibility for Unattached Payers

NextGen Enterprise PM
Access the NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window opens. Select or deselect the check box for the desired System Level, Enterprise Level or Practice Level significant events. To save changes and close the window, select OK. Note: Significant events in the list that are disabled (grayed-out) can be selected for auiditing in the Advanced Audit Tool. Parent topic: Enable Significant Events
