Unhide a Program
You can unhide a program, if needed. For example, a program was hidden in error.
Access File Maintenance.
Select
System Master Files
, then
PM
, and then
Programs
.
The
Programs List
window opens.
Select the
Include Hidden Items
check box.
From the list, select a program to unhide and then do one of the following:
Select
Open Menu
and then select
Un-Hide
.
Right-click and then select
Un-Hide
.
Double-click to open the program, then deselect the
Hide
check box, and then select
OK
.
The program is unhidden and the
Hide
icon is removed.

View Hidden Programs
By default, hidden programs do not display on the Programs List window in File Maintenance. However, you can select to display hidden programs, if needed. Access File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Programs. The Programs List window opens. To view hidden programs, select the Include Hidden Items check box. Hide a Program
You can hide a program in File Maintenance. When hidden, the program is not available for selection in NextGen® Enterprise PM. For example, if your practice has discontinued their participation in a program, you can hide the program to prevent users from enrolling patients and linking encounters to the program. When you hide a program, all existing patient enrollments and encounter associations are retained and are available for reporting in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Access File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Programs. The Programs List window opens. From the list, select a program to hide and then do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Hide. Right-click and then select Hide. Double-click to open the program, then select the Hide check box, and then select OK. A prompt appears asking you to confirm hiding the program. To confirm the hide, select Yes. Generate a Program Listing Report
To generate the Program Listing report, do the following: Access File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Programs. The Programs List window opens. From the list, select a program and then do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Print > Program Listing. Right-click and then select Print > Program Listing. The Program Listing - Enhanced Report Mode window opens. From the Configuration Options list, select columns, filters and sorting for the report. To generate the report, select Refresh Report.
