UDS Tab
The UDS fields are only used for UDS (Uniform Data System) reporting. The fields display in NextGen® Enterprise PM on the Patient Information window only when they are enabled in Enterprise Preferences. You can also require that users enter information in these fields.

| Require descendancy | Descendancy master list |
| Require family information | None. The Family Information field in NextGen® Enterprise PM uses family size and income information and does not use master list selections. |
| Require veteran status | Veteran Status code table |
| Consent to Treat | None. The Consent to Treat field in NextGen® Enterprise PM is a check box and does not use master list selections. |
