Setting Up Document Management Preferences in Enterprise Preferences

The Document Management tab on the Enterprise Preferences window displays only if you have a license for NextGen® Document Management. This tab enables you to set some NextGen® Document Management options at the enterprise level. To set the enterprise preferences, you must:

  • Set a network share location to store all documents and images used by NextGen® Document Management.
  • Enable network impersonation so you can set restrictions on access to the network location where the actual documents and image files are stored.
