You can set up tasks that cause an account alert to display each time certain conditions are met. These tasks are automatically worked based on the Auto Worker action
Create account alert with subject<>, expiration date<> and description<>. This action can be added to any task type that has an
Account or
Invoice source type. The action automatically creates an account alert for the source type and marks the task as completed. The completed task then displays in the Worklog and on the
Edit Task dialog box in
NextGen® Enterprise PM.
