Report Non-Covered Amounts on UB92 Claims

You can change a SIM to a non-covered charge. Non-covered charges are reported at the line item level on paper and electronic UB claims. The amounts display:

• On the paper form in FL 48 when you build a UB claim with that SIM Item.
• In SV207 of the 2400 Loop when you generate the 837I.

You can set a SIM as a non-covered charge by opening a Service Item > Payer tab, and then select the Non Covered check box.
