Setting Report Columns and Filters
All reports have columns and filters that you can use to customize the report data and format. You can modify the reports by: Adding and removing columns. Selecting different sorting and grouping orders. Selecting new ways of totaling the columns. Modifying the criteria used for each report that you generate, such as specific date ranges for a rendering provider. Because each report generates different information, the filter criteria available to you depends on the report you are creating. After you have modified a report filter to fit your needs, you can memorize it so you can run the report at another time. To open the Report Filter window, do one of the following: Select a report from the Reports menu. If a report is already open, select the Report Filter toolbar button. Generate a Significant Events Report
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Reports menu, select General, and then Significant Events. The NextGen Report Filter window appears. Select the desired Columns, Filters, and Sorting for the report. To generate the report, select OK. The report displays on screen. Parent topic: Significant Events Report

To open the Report Filter, do one of the following: To create reports for the Practice that you are currently logged on to, select File > Reports > Generate Report > Practice. To create reports for the Enterprise that you are currently logged on to, including any Practices in the Enterprise, select File > Reports > Generate Report > Enterprise.
