Hide List Items in File Maintenance
Because list items can become associated with patient and financial information throughout the NextGen Enterprise applications, list items cannot be deleted. Instead, you can set an item to "hidden." When an item is hidden, it is still available in File Maintenance, but no longer appears as a selection option in the NextGen Enterprise applications. Some items, such as form templates, cannot be hidden.
Do one of the following:
- Open the list item, then select the Hide check box.
- Select an item in the List window, select Open Menu , then select Hide.
