Restricting Access to File Maintenance

You must have the appropriate security permissions that enable you to sign on to File Maintenance. You can set the security permissions in System Administrator. If a group has the MODULES > File Maintenance > View access right not checked and the OPERATIONS > File Maintenance > Access Rights set to No, then the users in the group cannot access File Maintenance from NextGen® Enterprise PM or from the Application Launcher. Enterprises

The Enterprise master file enables you to create and modify enterprises. You cannot delete enterprises. Your NextGen® Enterprise installation includes a default enterprise that you use to log in to File Maintenance for the first time. You must complete all of the information needed to make the default enterprise specific for your organization. Some billing services, hosting facilities, and some organizations with geographically dispersed practices or custom interface needs might want to create additional enterprises.
