Show Immunization Registry Patient Status in PM	Displays the Immunization Registry Information section on the Status tab of the Add/Modify Patient Information window. When you turn on this feature, you can track the following immunization information for each patient: Immunization registry location Patient status. For example, active or inactive Immunization reminders to contact the patient for follow-up immunizations
Enable Address Validation	Turns on real-time address validation for addresses entered in NextGen® Enterprise PM and File Maintenance. Each address is verified against the United States Postal Service(USPS) Address Management System. Real-time address validation can occur in the following applications: NextGen® Enterprise PM, for patients, people, and entities. File Maintenance, for all master files with address information. For example, payers, providers, employers, pharmacies, case contacts, collection agencies, and performing entity locations. Note: When you select the Enable Address Validation check box, the Click Here to register for USPS User ID link becomes available.
Click Here to register for USPS User ID	Provides access the USPS postal site and complete the registration form.
Clearinghouse	Opens the third-party Clearinghouse web page. You can select NGCH, Waystar or both the clearinghouse. Note: The Waystar option is available in the claims context menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM

Real-time Address Validation

You can turn on real-time address validation in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, NextGen® Enterprise PM, and File Maintenance for practices and users. For real-time address validation to occur, you must setup both the practice and the user. The automatic address validation process occurs when a registered user enters or modifies an address and then saves the data. The address fields are automatically sent to the United States Postal Service (USPS) address validation API. When an address is incorrect or cannot be found, the USPS address validation API sends a message to the user and the user can update the address or keep the address entered. When a match is found, the user receives a message stating that the address is valid. The automatic address validation process can reduce the following tasks in your practice: Time and cost of returned mail Administrative tasks to resend correspondence Research and verification of the person, patient or entity's current address Before you begin this proces
