Define the Medicaid ID by Payer or Program at the Location Level

  1. Open File Maintenance.
  2. Select Master Files > System > Locations.
    The Location Information window opens.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add a item, select open menu , and then select New.
    • To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select open menu , and then select Open.
  4. Select the Practice tab, and then select the CCBHC tab.
  5. To add a item, select open menu , and then select New.
    The The Add Location CCBHC Info window opens.
  6. Select the effective and expiry dates.
  7. Select the payer and program.
  8. Enter the Medicaid ID.
  9. Select OK.
