Create Your First Enterprise

Your installation includes a default enterprise that you use to log in to File Maintenance for the first time. After you log in with the default, you can create your first enterprise. After you create this new enterprise and set up your rights, you are no longer required to log in under the default to create additional enterprises.
  1. Log on to File Maintenance.
    The NextGen File Maintenance window opens.
  2. Under Master Files, select System > Enterprises.
    The Enterprises List window opens.
  3. Create the enterprise that you want to add a new practice to.
    After you create your enterprise, you can create practices within the enterprise.
