Open File Maintenance.

Activate Practice Access for Provider Master File
In File Maintenance, select Master Files. On System, select Enterprise > Preferences > General tab. Select the Practice access for provider master file check box. Select OK. Parent topic: Providing Practice Access for Provider Master File

Access Providers Master File
From File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Providers. The Providers List window opens. Do one of the following: To add a provider, select Open Menu , and then select New. The Add Provider window opens. To access an existing provider, select a provider's name, select Open Menu , and then selectOpen. The Modify Provider Information window opens. Enter or modify provider information. Do one of the following: To save changes and then close the window, select OK. To close the window without saving changes, select Cancel.
