You can set the priorities for printing. After you create the priorities, you can assign them to the print types in the Chart Tracking Print Types master file.
- In File Maintenance, select .
The
Chart Tracking Print Priority List window opens.
- Select on Open Menu
and then select New from the menu.
The
Print Priority window opens.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the print priority.
- In the Priority field, enter the specific print priority. You can enter text or a number.
- Enter any necessary notes about this priority in the Notes field.
- Do one of the following:
- To save the print priority and create another, select Next.
- To save the print priority and close the window, select OK.
