Use the Remake Accountability master file to set up a list of people/entities responsible for a contact or eyeglass remake order.
To add or modify a remake accountability party:
From the Master Files - Optical Management list, select Remake Accountability.
The Remake Accountability List window opens.
From the list, do one of the following:
To add a new item, select the Open Menu button and then select New.
To modify an item, select the item in the list, select the Open Menu button, and then select Open.
Note: Select the Include Hidden Items check box to include hidden items in the master file list. If you do not select this box, the items do not appear in the list and they cannot be accessed.
The Remake Accountability window opens.
Enter the information for remake accountability according to the following table.

Enter the name of the party responsibility for the remake order. Some examples include: physician, lab, optician, patient, shipper, and vendor. This is a required field.
Note
Enter any additional information.
If you want to hide the item in the list, select the Hide check box.
Select Next to add another item or select OK to return to the Remake Accountability List.
Note: If you are editing an existing item, the Next button does not appear.
