Printing Reports

When a report is generated and displays on your screen, you can print a report from either from the Preview [Report Name] window or selecting Print Report from the report toolbar.

• Printing from the Preview [Report Name] window enables you to select a printer, a page range, and the number of copies to be printed.

If you want to print specific pages instead of the entire report, you need to select the Preview Report .

• Printing from Print Report on the report toolbar prints directly to your default printer.

To successfully print a report from the Preview [Report Name] window, the report must finish processing the data before you close the window. If you close the report before it is finished processing, the window closes without printing the report.
