Anesthesia Library Reports

The following Anesthesia Library reports can be generated from File Maintenance. The Report columns display information related to specific areas of setup for each library. Anesthesia Library Listing: This report includes information defined in the top section of the Anesthesia Library Maintenance window. Anesthesia with Payer Detail: This report includes information defined on the Anesthesia Library Payer Maintenance window for the Medical Direction, Concurrency Rules, and Claim Options tabs. Anesthesia with SIM Options: This report includes information defined on the Anesthesia Library Payer Maintenance window for the SIM Options tab. Generate an Anesthesia Library Report

Access File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Anesthesia. The Anesthesia Library List window opens. From the list, select the library for which a report is to be generated. Select open menu icon , select Print, and then select one of the following: Anesthesia Library Listing: The Anesthesia Concurrency Audit Libraries report filter window opens. Anesthesia with Payer Detail: The Anesthesia Concurrency Audit Library With Payer Detail report filter window opens. Anesthesia with SIM Options: The Anesthesia Library With SIM Options report filter window opens. Select the desired columns, filters and sorting for the report. To generate the report, select OK. Add or Modify an Anesthesia Library

Access File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Anesthesia. The Anesthesia Library List window opens. Do one of the following: To create a new library, select open menu button and select New. To modify an existing library, select the library from the list, and then select open menu button and select Open. The Anesthesia Library Maintenance window opens. In the Anesthesia Library Name field, enter a name for the library. This field is required. In the Provider Specialty Mapping section, select the appropriate specialties for all Medical Directors, CRNAs and Anesthesiologist Assistants in the practice. These fields are required. Note: The specialties available for selection are from the Specialties master file in File Maintenance. The appropriate specialty must be linked to each anesthesia provider in the Providers master file, on the Practice tab, in the Specialty field. In the Default Anesthesia Concurrency Audit Report field, select a previously memorized version of the Anesthesia
