You must create at least one Form Group before you can save an Enhanced Form. After a form group has been created, you can also edit, copy, hide, delete and unhide form groups.
- To create a form group, select Edit Form Group, and then select New.
- Enter the name of the group, and then select OK.
- To edit a form group, select the form group, and then select Edit Form Group.
- Select Edit, and then select OK.
- To copy a form group, select the form group, and then select Edit Form Group.
- Select Copy, enter the name for the new form group, and then select OK.
Note: When you copy a form group, you are copying forms you selected in the Form Group drop-down to a new Form Group.
- To hide a form group, select the form group, and then select Edit Form Group.
- Select Hide, and then select OK.
Note: When you hide a form group, the forms within the group are no longer available for selection. Hidden form groups are moved to the bottom of the drop-down in File Maintenance.
- To delete a form group, select Show Hidden Forms, and then select the hidden form group,
- Select Edit Form Group, select Delete, and then select OK.
Note: Only hidden form groups can be deleted. When you delete a form group, you delete all the forms in the form group.
- Select the hidden form group from the drop-down. Verify Show Hidden Forms is selected first before selecting the hidden form group.
- Select Edit Form Group from the Forms Enhanced menu.
- Select Delete.
A confirmation message appears allowing you to verify that you are deleting all forms in the form group.
- To unhide a form group, select Show Hidden Forms, and then select the form group.
- Select Edit Form Group, select Unhide, and then select OK.
Note: You cannot edit, copy, or delete the default cost estimation form group.
