Create a New Form Group

You must create at least one Form Group before you can save an Enhanced Form. After a form group has been created, you can also edit, copy, hide, delete and unhide form groups.
  1. To create a form group, select Edit Form Group, and then select New.
  2. Enter the name of the group, and then select OK.
  3. To edit a form group, select the form group, and then select Edit Form Group.
  4. Select Edit, and then select OK.
  5. To copy a form group, select the form group, and then select Edit Form Group.
  6. Select Copy, enter the name for the new form group, and then select OK.
  7. To hide a form group, select the form group, and then select Edit Form Group.
  8. Select Hide, and then select OK.
  9. To delete a form group, select Show Hidden Forms, and then select the hidden form group,
  10. Select Edit Form Group, select Delete, and then select OK.
    1. Select the hidden form group from the drop-down. Verify Show Hidden Forms is selected first before selecting the hidden form group.
    2. Select Edit Form Group from the Forms Enhanced menu.
    3. Select Delete.
    A confirmation message appears allowing you to verify that you are deleting all forms in the form group.
  11. To unhide a form group, select Show Hidden Forms, and then select the form group.
  12. Select Edit Form Group, select Unhide, and then select OK.
