Use the Document PAQ Settings grid to configure which documents you want to send to an internal provider’s PAQ for sign off. Settings can apply to an entire financial category or can be broken down to specific payers within a financial category.
You can configure:
- Which provider on the case and which location a document needs to be sent to.
- Whether the provider signing off should be listed as the supervising provider or billing provider on the document.
- Which visit sets can send POCs to the PAQ.
Note: When you configure the PAQ in the System Administrator application, you should not select the
All documents checkbox or any therapy-related documents in the
Documents section of the
Provider Sign-off Setup window.
