Access and Set Up SAP Crystal Reports

SAP Crystal Reports master files are stored in folders in the NextGenRoot folder. To use a report, you use Windows® Explorer to copy the report file to a location specified in the Reports Universal Preference. The Standard reports included in NextGen® Enterprise EHR are stored in the Distributed Reports Crystal Reports folder. The location of other report files can vary.

After you copy the report files to the correct location, you can use the Report Dialog to set up and generate the report.
