NextGen® Document Management and CCOW

When you access NextGen® Document Management with Clinical Context Object Workgroup (CCOW), the application functions normally. However, NextGen® Document Management cannot synchronize with other NextGen Healthcare applications during a CCOW session. For example, if a different user makes a patient the active patient in the NextGen® Enterprise PM application, the patient does not become the active patient in NextGen® Document Management. To synchronize files across applications for an active patient in NextGen® Document Management, you can select Active Patient from the Tasks menu.
