Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration
.
The
Enterprise Scheduling Administration
window opens.
On the
Service Location
tab, select open menu
, and select
Open
.
The
Locations Selection
window opens.
Select a practice in the
Practice
drop down.
The service locations from the selected practice appear in the
Locations Selection
section.
Select the location, and select
OK
.
The selected location is added to the list of service locations on the
Service Location
tab.

Print Service Locations
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Service Location tab, select the resource that you want to print. Select open menu , and select Print. The Service Locations enhanced report opens. Note: The report has the Columns, Filter 2, Sort, and Totals options. On the report, select . The service locations report is printed with the following details. Service Location - Enterprise service location name. Hidden Service Location - Service location hidden on the Service Location tab. Practice Name - Practice name for the service location. Service Location - Enterprise Scheduling Admin
The Service Locations tab lists the service locations in various practices. The service locations defined on this tab appear on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. Only those locations for which you can schedule an appointment, appear on the Service Locations tab. Note: The configuration of Resources, Member Events, and Service Locations that are defined on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window is shown in the available slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. If any of these configurations are missed, then you cannot see the slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. You can view the following information on this tab. Service Location: Location name Practice: Practice name for the service location You can access the following options using the open menu or context menu. Open: To open the service location Print: To print a Service Location report Edit Service Locations You can add an existing service locations across various practices

Enterprise Scheduling Administration
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, Enterprise Scheduling Administration is available if you have access to more than one practice for which the Enable Enterprise Scheduling Administration practice preference is enabled and Enterprise Scheduling Administration permission in System Administration is set to Yes. You can open Enterprise Scheduling Administration in the following ways. By selecting Admin> Scheduling Admin> Enterprise. By selecting the icon in Appointment Book. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window has the following tabs: Enterprise Class Resources Enterprise Events Service Locations Enterprise Class You can view, add, edit, and delete enterprise classes, and print an enterprise class listing report. Resources - Enterprise Scheduling Admin You can view the resources from all the practices to which you have access and for which Enterprise Appointment Scheduling is enabled. Edit Resource - Enterprise Scheduling Admin
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Resources tab, select the open menu button and select Open. The Resources Selection window opens. In the Practices list, select a practice. The resources from the selected practice appear in the Resources column. Note: The Practices list, displays only the practices that the current enterprise user has access to. Set Up Locations for an Event
The Locations tab on the Add Event or Edit Event window is used when appointments for a specific event should only be scheduled at specific locations. For example, when a Procedure event is scheduled with a provider, it should always be scheduled at one of the two locations that have a procedure room available. When attempting to schedule an appointment for an event at an invalid location, a scheduling conflict is generated. The appointment can only be scheduled if the user has security access rights to override appointment conflicts. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Scheduling Admin. Note: When you select the Enable Enterprise Appointment Scheduling option in Practice Preferences window, the Scheduling Admin option on the Admin menu displays the following two options: Enterprise Practice The Scheduling Administration window opens. Add Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the open menu button, and then select New. The Add Enterprise Events window opens. Enter the name of the enterprise event. Enter the details of the enterprise event. Select the open menu button in the Add Enterprise Events window. The Events Selection window opens. Select the desired practice from the Practices drop down list. The Events column displays the events for the selected practice. Select the desired events from the list, and select OK to include them in the enterprise event. The selected events appear in the Member Events column on the Add Enterprise Events window. Search for member events using the Search field. Select the check box next to the member events to include them in the enterprise event, or clear the check box to remove them from the enterprise event. Select OK. The enterpris
