The View Family Unit Member(s) Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to use the Member Search to search for family units and view the family members within the family unit. This permission is helpful to users who do not have the View Patient Name permission from the main Patient Lookup. Dashboard Categories Operation

The Dashboard Categories Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access each of the available Dashboard categories and their subsequent dashboards. The Dashboard Categories Operations are used in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The Dashboard Categories Operations includes the following: Admin Clinical Custom Financial Results Patient Flow Revenue Management Workflow Note: Security cannot be defined at the specific dashboard or chart level. The View Patient Name Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access the Patient Lookup window to search for patient names. When the right is set to False, the Member Search window appears instead of Patient Lookup and users can search only by alias names. The Template Import Export Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application Supplements the App Launcher Application Access user-level setting on the General tab in the System Administrator application. This right enables access to the Template Import/Export utility from: the executable file in the NextGen Components folder. the Application Launcher if it was not closed after application access was changed.
