Work History, Precautions/Indications

The Job Title, Demand Level, Work Status, and Last Worked fields give you the opportunity to document the physical demands of the patient’s workplace and the patient’s work status. You can document whether the patient has any precautions or contraindications to treatment by entering them in the Precautions / Contraindications field.
