Clinical Impression/Plan Panel

Complete relevant fields in the Clinical Impression/Plan panel. Clinical Impression/Plan panel Enter a date for Patient Follow-Up if required. Note: You can configure the Patient Follow-up date to be required, on the Practice Config practice template. Select the Sign Off checkbox. The screening document is generated automatically. Once you sign off on the template, the patient is added to the Screening Worklog. If a Patient Follow-up date was entered, a task is sent to the therapist at midnight on the date of the follow-up, as a reminder to contact the patient. Document Subjective Information for a PT/OT Screening

You can document subjective information for screening such as the patient's chief complaints, the date and mechanism of injury, alleviating and aggravating factors, symptoms, and previous medical intervention. Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Homepage template, and then in Visit Type, select Screening. Select the Screening tab to open the NTS Screening template. Expand the Subjective panel. Enter the onset date or date of injury and, in Subjective Comments, document the patient's chief complaints. Document a PT or OT Patient Screening

Before you begin Ensure that a patient encounter is created in NextGen® Enterprise PM and the patient is checked in. Document a PT or OT patient screening before you complete a patient evaluation. Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Homepage template, and then in Visit Type, select Screening. Select the Screening tab to open the NTS Screening. In each panel, document the patient screening information, and then in the Clinical Impression/Plan panel, complete the signoff information.
