Update a QuickPick
You can update the set name and comments for a QuickPick set in the
QuickPick Manager
template.
On the
QuickPick Manager
template, expand the
QuickPicks
panel.
Select the QuickPick set you want to update.
Edit the entry in the field under the
Set Name
column,
Comments
column, or both.
Click
Update
.

Duplicate a QuickPick
You can use the Copy Set field to make a duplicate of a QuickPick within the selected user’s QuickPicks. You can then modify it by adding or deleting field values. On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. Select the QuickPick from the grid. In the Copy Set field, type a new QuickPick name. Copy button in the QuickPicks panel Click Copy. Remove a QuickPick

Filter the QuickPick Set Grid
You can filter the grid by category, set name, and provider. Filter option in the QuickPicks panel On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. To filter the grid by category or set name, select the Category or Set Name in the respective filter fields. Copy all QuickPick Sets of a Provider to Another Provider
You can copy all the QuickPicks of one provider to another provider from the QuickPicks panel of the QuickPick Manager template. On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. In the Providers with QuickPicks grid, select the provider whose QuickPicks you want to copy. The grid shows all QuickPick sets of selected provider. Copy a QuickPick to Another Provider
You can copy a QuickPick to another provider from the QuickPick panel of the QuickPick Manager template. On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. Copy button in the QuickPicks panel Select the QuickPick from the grid. Click the Copy Set to Provider field, and select the name of the provider to whom you want to copy the QuickPick set. Click Copy. The duplicated QuickPick is now part of the selected provider’s QuickPicks. You can see it in the grid when that provider’s name is selected in the Providers with QuickPicks grid. QuickPicks
Use the QuickPicks panel to manage specific fields on QuickPicks, and to copy QuickPick sets. You can filter the QuickPicks set grid by category, set name, or provider. Selecting a QuickPick in the grid shows the table, field name and default values for that QuickPick in the larger grid below.
