Add Values to a Template Picklist
On the
Picklist Configuration
practice template, expand the
Template Picklists
panel.
From the
Templates
grid, select the desired template.
The
Picklists
grid displays all picklists currently on the selected template.
Select the desired picklist.
The
Values
grid displays all values currently in the selected picklist.
Type the desired value in the field below the
Values
grid.
Click
Add
.

Update Picklist Value
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Template Picklists panel. From the Templates grid, select the desired template. The Picklists grid displays all picklists currently on the selected template. Template Picklists panel on the Picklist Configuration template Select the desired picklist. The Values grid displays all values currently in the selected picklist. Select the value to be updated. The value name enters the field below the Values grid. Update the value and click Update. Delete a Value from a Template Picklist
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Template Picklists panel. From the Templates grid, select the desired template. The Picklists grid displays all picklists currently on the selected template. Template Picklists panel on the Picklist Configuration template Select the desired picklist. Manage the Display Order of Values in a Picklist
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Template Picklists panel. From the Templates grid, select the desired template. The Picklists grid displays all picklists currently on the selected template. Template Picklists panel on the Picklist Configuration template Select the desired picklist. The Values grid displays all values currently in the selected picklist. To change the display order of a particular value, select the value in the grid, and then move the value to the desired position using the up and down arrows. Managing Template Picklists
You can manage all the template level picklists on the Template Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The Template Picklists panel has three grids: The Templates grid lists the available templates. The Picklists grid displays all the available picklist on the selected template. The Values grid displays the values on the selected picklist. Note: You can filter the Templates grid by entering a template name (or part of a template name) in the Filter field below the grid and clicking the Refresh button. On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Database Picklists panel. Select the database picklist from the grid. The existing values appear in the right grid. Update a Database Picklist Value
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Database Picklists panel. Select the database picklist from the grid. The existing values appear in the right grid. Select the value to be updated from the grid. The information corresponding to the selected value appear in the fields below the grid. Update the desired information in the fields. Click Update.
