Add an Item to a Database Picklist
On the
Specialty Nav Config
system template, expand the
Database Picklist
panel.
From the left grid, select the desired database picklist.
The existing items in that database picklist appear in the right grid.
In the field below the
Link
column of the grid, select the item to be added.
In the field below the
Display
column of the grid, enter the display name.
Click
Add
.

Create a New Database Picklist
You can create a new database picklist for configuration of navigation links on medical record templates. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Database Picklist panel. In the field below the Name column of the left grid, enter the name for the picklist. In the field below the Type column, select the type: template, document, or web/app. In the field below the Link column of the right grid, select the item to be added in the picklist. Add button in the Database Picklist panel In the Display field, enter the display name for the item. Repeat link selections and naming until you have all entries you want in the picklist. Click Add. The new database picklist is available to be added to navigation areas if you select DB Picklist as the link from the Inf Nav Item List. Parent topic: Managing Database Picklist

Remove Items from a Database Picklist
You can remove items from the database picklist used for configuration of navigation links on medical record templates. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Database Picklist panel. From the left grid, select the desired database picklist. The existing items in that database picklist appear in the right grid. Delete button in the Database Picklist panel From the right grid, select the desired link, and click Delete. Remove a Database Picklist
You can create a new database picklist for configuration of navigation links on medical record templates. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Database Picklist panel. From the left grid, select the picklist to be deleted. Select an item linked to the list. Click Delete. Continue selecting and deleting until there are no links in the right grid. Add Values to a Database Picklist
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Database Picklists panel. Select the database picklist from the grid. The existing values appear in the right grid. Add an Item to a Database Picklist
Select the picklist from the Database Picklists grid. Select the left side field below the grid. Select a value for the first column or select the blank at the top to enter a new first-column value. In the next field, select an entry for that column. Repeat step 4 as necessary for picklists with more than two columns. Select the Add button to save the item to the grid.
