View the Job Details

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. Apply the required filters and display options, and then select Run Report.The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs. Report Results table Optional: To maximize the report results table, select the Maximize icon icon.You can select the Minimize icon icon to minimize the table. Set Up Your Profile

You can configure your account profile settings, including personal information, password management, enrollment notifications, and dashboard preferences, in My Profile. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select your username.My Profile opens. In Manage Your Profile, enter the necessary information. You can select Default Tab to automatically open the specified tab when you open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. In Manage Your Password, enter and confirm your password. To view the job activity for dictating providers in your clinic on the dashboard, in Dashboard Configuration, select the Select All checkbox or choose from the Select Providers list. View the Charges Attached to Jobs

In Charges, you can view the procedure charged for an encounter, services provided to patients on encounters and claims, specific modifiers to medical procedures provided to patients, fees associated with the procedure, procedures entered for clinical purposes and not eligible for billing information. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. Select Charge Capture Jobs. Apply the required filters and display options, and then select Run Report. The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs. Apply Filters and Generate Job Reports

You can generate Dictation Jobs, Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs, and Charge Capture Jobs customized reports by applying filters, hiding and showing the specific columns, and sorting the jobs to search and analyze the data. Note: Based on your clinic's configuration, you can search and view the job types. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. In Filters, select from the necessary fields, enter the required patient information, and then select the type of jobs to customize the report.By default, job number, patient, in-process start, appointment date, MRN, job status, job type, dictator ID, and editing complete columns are selected. Add Dictation Jobs

Before you begin You must configure Access to Mobile Job List for your permission group in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. You can search for, filter, and delete recorded dictation jobs in Jobs in Hub. You can add jobs for an unscheduled patient encounter and make records of phone calls, texts, or emails. You can also restore a deleted job to the job list by opening a case in NextGen Healthcare Success Community. Note: If the Access to Image Only Job List option is turned on in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can only view image jobs and cannot create jobs. Open NextGen® Mobile.Hub opens. Select Jobs.Details of the available jobs on the current date appear. If another provider queue is added to your job list, the provider job queue indicator appears with the job type. View User Accounts

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. The green check mark in Dictation Setup indicates that the user is setup with the mobile dictation. By default, the results are sorted alphabetically by name. You can sort the data by selecting the column header, and you can rearrange the columns by selecting and dragging the columns. Users opens displaying the users list. Search for and select a username. You can select the Dictators, Notification Preferences, Macros, and Personal Dictionary tabs to view and edit the corresponding details. Edit User opens displaying the User Information tab by default. You can view the username, additional information, and the assigned permission group details. Optional: To view the deactivated users, select Show Disabled Users. Optional: To export the list of users to a Microsoft Excel®, select Export to Excel. The list is downloaded to your computer.
