Edit Permission Groups

Before you begin You must have the necessary permissions to update the permissions group details. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Permission Groups. Permission Groups opens. Search for a group, and then select the group from the list. Edit Permission Group opens. Edit Permission Group tab To update the group name, select Edit icon, update the name, and then select the check mark. To update the products in the group, do one of the following: To add or remove all the products, select Add All icon or Remove All icon. To add or remove a specific product, select the product, and then select Add icon or Remove icon. To update permissions for the group, select Permissions, and then select Select All, or select the necessary permissions from the available sections. Turn On Patient Summary in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal

You must turn on the Patient Summary option in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal to make the Patient Summary button available in the NextGen® Mobile patient chart. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Permission Groups. Search for and select the group. Edit Permission Group opens. Edit Permission Group tab In the Products tab, assign the mobile products. Select the Permissions tab, and then in Mobile : Patient Details, select the Patient summary checkbox. Patient summary option in permission group Select Save, and then select Save & Close. If multiple users want to use the same product with a group of permissions, you can create the permission group with the specific products, assign the necessary permissions, and add the group of users. Generate the Patient Summary from the Patient Chart

Before you begin The clinic administrator must turn on the Patient Summary option for a clinic in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. NextGen® Mobile Pro users can generate a quick summary of a patient's medical information by selecting the predefined prompts in the patient chart. Note: The generated patient summary remains in NextGen® Mobile for 24 hours from the generation time. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open the Patient Chart view of the patient. Turn on Patient Summary. The details of the Summary tab with the predefined prompts appear. Patient chart displaying pre-defined prompts Note: A message about your patient summary quota limit appears. You can select Contact Me to upgrade the monthly limit. Select a predefined prompt, and then select I Understand in the disclaimer.
