Start Live Scribe Visits

When the live-scribe scheduled patients check in, a virtual and scribe-enabled visits icon Virtual and scribe-enabled visits icon appears in the Schedule view. For a live-scribe visit, a scribe has access to join your scheduled visit and take care of the dictations live. Note: If you have synced your device calendar with your schedule, any meeting link from Microsoft® Teams or Google Meet™ having the title Live Scribe appears with the virtual and scribe-enabled visits icon Virtual and scribe-enabled visits icon in the Schedule view. Open NextGen® Mobile. On the menu bar, select Schedule Schedule view icon. The Resources view opens with the list of resources. Search for and select the resources. The Schedule view opens. Select Resources for Viewing Schedules

Open NextGen® Mobile. On the menu bar, select Schedule. The Resources view opens with the list of resources. Search for and select the resources. The selected resources appear with different colors. Select Done. The Schedules view opens with the selected resources' appointments for the day. Note: You can open the calendar in Schedules to view appointments on different dates. Workflow Icons

The icons and buttons display throughout the Workflow module. Icon Description The cog icon provides menu options and preferences for the current tab. This cog icon is shared across all the Workflow tabs. The red exclamation mark denotes high priority tasks and emails in the Clinical Tasking and Email tabs. Clinical Tasking Icons

The icons appear in the Clinical Tasking tab are: Icon Description A task was created by you and sent to one or more recipients. A task was assigned to you and has not yet been acknowledged. Correction Worklog

The Correction Worklog system template displays any patient encounter that is in the middle of a correction process and, in the Status column, which step is currently being worked on. This worklog helps ensure that the correction process is completed on every patient it is started on. Once all steps are completed, the patient automatically disappears from the worklog. Create Jobs from Stays

You can create and complete inpatient dictation jobs and charges in the Stays view. After completion of a dictation job and charge workflows, the completion icons appear next to the corresponding stay schedule entry for the current date. Open NextGen® Mobile. On the menu bar, select the Stays icon. Note: The Stays option is available only if your clinic is configured as an acute care facility. Note: If you had selected a department previously, the Stays view displays a list of stay-schedules for the selected department. The Departments view opens. From the All Departments section, search for and select a department, and then select Done.A list of stay schedules appears. Select a stay-schedule you want to create a job for.The Patient Chart view opens. Today's visit view Select the Dictate icon.The dictation view opens. Select Record to dictate, select Stop, and then select Send.You can change the type of job from the Job Types list. The job type you select may have configuration setting
