Manage Body Parts Picklists for MedAdmin OPH Template

You can add or update the picklist values for the Body Part fields on the MICS Med Admin OPH template. You can manage picklist values using Body Parts grid in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel on the Medication Picklist system template. This configuration associates the body parts for medication administration with appropriate Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes for billing purposes. The Body Parts grid displays all entries in the Body Parts picklist for the selected procedure and admin type. Add Values to Admin Types Picklists

You can add picklist values for the Admin Type fields on the MICS MedAdmin OPH template. On the Medication Picklist system template, expand the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel. From the Template field, select MLTS_medAdmin_OPH. Select Injection in the Procedures Types grid. The Admin Types grid displays administration types configured for injections. Enter the new admin type in the field below the Description column of the Admin Types grid. In the field below the Code column, enter the associated CPT code. Select Add. Configuring Picklists for the MICS MedAdmin OPH Template

You can configure picklists for Admin Type and Body Part fields on the MICS MedAdmin OPH medical record template. You can configure picklists using Admin Types and Body Parts grids in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel on the Medication Picklist system template. Note: You must select MLTS_medAdmin_OPH in the Template field of the Administering Template BodyPart/Location panel to enable the configurations for MICS MedAdmin OPH template. Update Values in Admin Types Picklists

You can update an Admin Type description or CPT code. On the Medication Picklist system template, expand the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel. In the Template field, select MLTS_medAdmin_OPH. Select the procedure type Injection from the Procedures Types grid. The Admin Types grid displays administration types configured for that procedure. Select the administration type to update. The description and CPT code appear in the corresponding fields below the grid. Make the required updates, and select Update. You can add or update the picklist values for the Admin Type fields on the MICS Injections/Aspirations template. You can manage the picklists using the Admin Types grid in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel on the Medication Picklist system template. This configuration associates the medication administration types with appropriate Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes for billing purposes. Add Values to Body Parts Picklists of MedAdmin OPH Template

On the Medication Picklist system template, expand the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel. From the Template field, select MLTS_medAdmin_OPH. Select Injection in the Procedures Types grid. The Admin Types grid displays administration types configured for injections. Select the administration type from the Admin Types grid. In the field below the Description column of the Body Parts grid, enter the picklist value to be added. To associate a CPT code with the picklist value, enter the code in the field below the Code column. Select Add. The value appearing in the grid is in the order it should appear in the picklist.
